Payment	Subscription status and plan. Card and billing details are collected and processed by our payment provider — we never see or store your full card number.
Technical	IP address, device/browser information, and essential cookies used to keep you signed in and secure.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and secure the Service and your account;
• To generate the images and storyboards you request;
• To enforce plan limits, process subscriptions, and provide support;
• To improve reliability and performance and prevent abuse or fraud;
• To communicate with you about your account, billing, and important changes.

Where applicable (e.g., under the GDPR), we process personal data to perform our contract with you (providing the Service), for our legitimate interests (security, improvement, preventing abuse), to comply with legal obligations, and — where required — with your consent.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Service, under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations:

• Payment processing — Lemon Squeezy, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, processes subscriptions and payments.
• AI processing — trusted third-party cloud AI infrastructure providers generate images from the scene data you submit.
• Hosting & infrastructure — cloud providers that host the Service.
• We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights and users.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and content for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain certain records to comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and hashed passwords. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to promptly address any issues.
